For a long time I have accepted this work cycle as a mid west wedding industry professional. I would tell myself that it comes with the territory and I just need to flirt with the feelings of burnout until I am in the clear after October.

I would always find myself looking for retreats, coaches, courses - literally anything- that could give me something to follow to do an audit of my business. I needed to reflect on the wedding season when it was fresh.

I wanted a place and a person to help refill my cup, debrief what went well and some quite time to cast a vision for the new year.

I wanted to get out of my house and go away somewhere to do this - but where? Every opportunity I found was on a weekday or in places that were too far away for me since I was at home with my little kids and still needed to care for them while my husband worked.

My desires pushed me to start the Enhance Your Wedding Business Retreat. An intimate retreat in Northern Michigan for female wedding industry professionals who want to give themselves the space to enhance their businesses and create a plan heading into the new year.

DURING THE RETREAT

We will take a deep dive into the back end of your business and give you the time and the space to evaluate what you love about your business and what you want to change. We will review your website copy, sales process, client experience, and financial status.

Together we will create actionable to-do lists so when you leave the retreat - recharged - you will have a road map for things you need to work on to launch you into 2024 - your MOST successful year yet.
